Shipping Policy

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.The processing time on all orders is 1-7 business days. After the processing time, your order will be shipped. Shipping times takes 1-4 days to arrive to you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, you will receive your tracking number to the email you left on your order. 

Business days are Monday-Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Once your package is received by USPS we are no longer responsible or liable for the package. If you have any issues with your package, please contact your local USPS office. Eleventh Mane is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

No address changes can be made once your order has been placed . Please be sure to check that you have entered the correct address and included any extra information needed, such as an apartment number. Once your order is placed no cancellations can be made. 

Returns/Exchanges

We offer refunds only, no exchanges. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover merchant fees.

Our return window is 48 hours from the time you receive your order. You must initiate the return process within 48 hours if you wish to return your purchase for any reason. Returned items must be shipped back within that 48-hour timeframe after delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same brand new condition as received. It must be returned with all original packaging intact. Curly hair cannot be excessively handled or picked through if you plan to return it.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email about the status of your refund request - approved or denied. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, less the 10% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an order. 

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please make sure that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance when returning your package.

Hair Quality & Care

All our hair is ethically sourced from Indian temples and is 100% raw and unprocessed. As a natural product, some minimal shedding is normal. Proper care and maintenance is required. We provide hair care instructions with every order.
